Tristen, a true Texan, boasts deep roots in the Lone Star State. Born and raised in Houston, he later graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio before diving into a career as a commercial real estate broker in Austin. It was here that Tristen’s fervent passion for business and entrepreneurship took root.

Today, he channels this passion into investing in Texas land, constantly seeking opportunities to contribute to his beloved home state. Beyond his ventures, Tristen enjoys indulging in his
hobbies, including mountain biking, cooking, traveling, and perpetual learning.

        In our standard purchase agreement, we pay all closing expenses, including document preparation, settlement fees, recording, and transfer fees. The only costs you may encounter at closing are property taxes or other assessments, such as homeowner's association fees, up to the closing date. After the closing, these expenses become our responsibility as the buyers.
